L'appartamento è a pochi minuti dalla torre di Galata una zona piena di negozi e di vita, ma la via dove è l' appartamento è tranquilla. La zona di Sultanahmet è raggiungibile con tre fermate di tram che si può prendere sul ponte di Galata. L' appartamento è spazioso, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i confor. La vera perla è Aleyna, sempre gentile e disponibile. Fin da prima di partire mi ha aiutata ad organizzare il trasferimento da aeroporto a casa e durante il soggiorno mi ha consigliato luoghi e attrazioni. È sempre stata disponibile e pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi richiesta di informazioni. Se dovessi tornare a Istanbul sarebbe sicuramente all' appartamento Bellavia

Great location and a very helpful manager. The apartment is fully equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is spotless. The kitchen has everything you need. The location is less than 100 meters from the metro. The Galata Tower is nearby. Despite being within these tourist areas, the location is quiet and peaceful. We loved it. This hotel is a 10/10 in terms of price/performance! I would recommend everyone traveling to Istanbul to stay here.

Es war ein Aparthotel, in dem ich mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt habe. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, die Bettwäsche duftete herrlich und es war komplett ausgestattet. Es gab einen Toaster, eine Mikrowelle und ein Kochgeschirr-Set, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen konnte. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Straße. Man kann nachts wunderbar schlafen und den Rest des Tages damit verbringen, Istanbuls beliebteste Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Bei unserem Besuch regnete es, aber das Hotel hatte einen Regenschirm, den wir benutzten. Aleyna organisierte für uns Ausflüge zu den Orten, die wir besuchen wollten. Sie nahm uns mit in ein türkisches Bad in der Nähe des Hotels, und es war fantastisch. Vielen Dank, Aleyna, für deine Empfehlungen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und wieder hier übernachten.

In één woord geweldig. Het was een verblijf waarbij we ons echt thuis voelden. Zodra ik de reservering had gemaakt, kreeg ik een welkomst- en informatiemail van Aleyna. Er was een auto voor ons geregeld vanaf de luchthaven naar het hotel, dus we hadden geen stress over het vervoer. Toen we bij het hotel aankwamen, werden we opgewacht door Aleyna. Onze koffers werden gedragen. De locatie is perfect, direct naast de Galatatoren, in een rustige straat. Zodra je de hoek omgaat, zie je de metro en taxi's. Restaurants en cafés liggen op loopafstand. Het appartement was schoon en comfortabel ingericht. Aleyna vroeg ons elke ochtend of we iets nodig hadden en deed alles om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Ze is zeer professioneel en behulpzaam. Er is een lift in het gebouw, die begint vanaf de 1e verdieping. Een grote dankjewel aan de dame die ons appartement schoonmaakte. Wat een foutloos werk! Voor langere verblijven (langer dan 10-15 dagen) zou een wasmachine in de appartementen misschien nodig zijn. Maar het hotel heeft een wasservice (laundry service). Ze wassen en strijken je kleding voor je. Ik vind dat echt super goed geregeld.

Representanten (Alenya) ventet på oss, tok oss i mot med nøkler og all nødvendig informasjon, og hyggelig overraskelse(kaffe,sjokolade etc.). Hun var veldig service innstilt, og alltid tilgjengelig,enten på stedet eller telefon. Et sentralt og trygt sted å bo.Fin leilighet med alt nødvendig utstyr på køkken,rent og nytt.Vi bodde i femte etasje med sjøutsikt,anbefales!

Very quiet area and good location, very close to Galata Tower and food street, the apartment was very clean and has comfortable beds. Friendly staff, very cooperative and helpful as well, especially Ms. Aleyna was always supportive as she provides a toys to my kids to keep them calm, Even I lost the host umbrella while I barrow it to use outside during the raining day but they never asking me to pay the lost expenses and also accept to extend my check-out 2 Hrs. without any extra payment which I highly appreciated.

Fantastic property - clean, comfortable, new and extremely well maintained. We had a full kitchen one bedroom on the 6th floor VIP suite with electric fireplace and phenomenal views. The location was ideal, a few block from Galata Tower, with easy access to public transportation, near many restaurants and coffee shops. The manger, Aleyna, was incredibly helpful and attentive, and accommodating all of our needs. She went above and beyond what we would expect. If we return to Istanbul, this is the only place we'd stay.

Fin dal momento della prenotazione, l'host è stato super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. L'appartamento è molto nuovo, ben arredato, e dotato di riscaldamento autonomo (anche se non è stato necessario a novembre). La sua posizione è eccellente: si trova a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla Torre di Galata. Nonostante sia in una zona molto frequentata, l'isolato in cui si trova l'alloggio è molto silenzioso e tranquillo. La vicinanza alla stazione della metro di Şişhane (meno di cinque minuti a piedi) la rende una locazione ottima per visitare tutti i dintorni e spostarsi agevolmente. Per i più avventurosi, abbiamo raggiunto più volte a piedi il quartiere di Sultanahmet, passando dal Ponte di Galata, con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 25 minuti. Disponibile anche il deposito bagagli. Consigliatissimo!

Замечательные апартаменты. Безупречная чистота, в наличии всё необходимое и даже больше. При заселении нас ждала вода, пакетики кофе и чая. Множество абсолютно чистых и мягких полотенец. Халаты для каждого гостя, какими мы, конечно, воспользовались. Очень удобные кровати с белоснежным белём, на которых сладко спать. Есть отопление и кондиционер. Телевизор с YouTube, что очень полезно поздним вечером после долгих прогулок по городу. Тихая улица, а за поворотом в 50 метрах - Галатская башня. Недалеко пара магазинов. Открытием для нас стала очень вкусная рыба в лаваше на соседней улице. Очень дружелюбеные хозяева. Алейна всегда на связи и готова во всём помочь.

Struttura situata nella zona della Torre di Galata in una posizione strategica, vicina alla Metro che collega tutta la città e l’aeroporto. Il nostro appartamento (3^ piano) era molto pulito, arredato con cura e dotato di tutti i comfort, come da foto e descrizione. Nonostante si trovasse in una zona abbastanza movimentata non si sentiva nessun rumore. L’host Aleyna è stata super disponibile, cordiale e ospitale. Ci ha contattati prima del nostro arrivo e si è sempre resa disponibile per fornirci indicazioni e consigli per visitare al meglio la città. Un valore aggiunto. Tutto perfetto. Voto:10!

Квартира такая же, как на фотографиях, а в реальности даже лучше. Отель расположен на улице, где днем работают магазины люстр и светильников. Нас встретила в отеле Алейна и предложила нам воду. Квартира работает по системе кода на двери и карты, но мы предпочли использовать карту. Это более быстрый вариант. Мы выбрали апартаменты с двумя спальнями, и они полностью оборудованы. Внутри квартиры можно найти все необходимое. Расположение: отель находится на тихой улице, в 3 минутах ходьбы от метро и в 10 минутах от трамвая. Рядом с отелем есть множество вариантов: маркеты, кафе, рестораны. Нашим фаворитом стал рыбный дюрум. В целом, нам очень понравилось, и это прекрасное место для проживания. Мы уверены, что вернемся!

This is a wonderful place to stay! I occasionally fly from Istanbul, and this is our second stay at this hotel. The hotel is constantly improving. Alyena is arguably the best host I've ever met. She makes us feel right at home every time we stay. The apartments are always clean and the linens smell wonderful. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a wide selection of complimentary coffee and tea. It rained heavily in Istanbul while we were there, but the hotel, mindful of its guests, had placed numerous umbrellas on the enterance floor, which guests used when they needed them. This saved us from having to looking for umbrellas outside at night. Every detail has been meticulously considered. I'd like to thank Alyena and Bellavia Deluxe Apart for providing such excellent service. It truly lives up to its name: Deluxe Apart.

Our stay in BellaVia was fantastic. The apartment had a million dollar view of Fatih. It was clean and provided all the comfort of home. It was a short walk to the buzzling Galata Tower with loads of cafes, restaurants and shops. It’s also a walkable distance over the bridge to Hagia Sophia Blue Mosque, Spice and Grand Bazaar. Galataport was an easy walk as well (if your catching a cruise like we were). We stayed for 6 days and enjoyed every minute of our stay and time in Istanbul. Our host Aleyna was lovely and helpful - the best host we’ve met. We would no doubt stay at BellaVia again when we return to Istanbul.

We loved our stay at Bellavia - the room was very spacious, clean and had a brilliant view. The beds are very comfy, and the apartment is well equipped. The bathroom is clean and the facilities are lovely. The apartment is located on a quiet street, but is still very close to Galata tower and the local station which is helpful; it’s a fantastic location if you like to be in an area with great sights and food. Aleyna and her family are fantastic hosts; they are very accommodating and kind - and are quick to respond to questions. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you Aleyna.

Beautifully appointed and presented property with everything you could need. Spacious and luxurious. Elayna was an amazing host who really went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. It really was a case of ‘ask and you’ll receive - nothing was too much trouble. Location was great too. 5 minute walk from Galata Tower, 10 minutes to main tourist street, less to Metro...
